Stephen Rietiker is a Senior Management Consultant who successfully consulted national and international clients mostly in the financial sector for PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM Business Consulting Services, both global Management Consulting firms. Apart from his focus on effective and sustainable strategy implementation, the main topics were IT management and the management of complex transformations. On top of that, Stephen is the author of the highly respected book “the ninth key” in which he describes ways how organizations achieve a project conscious management.
